Our Mission
Bringing People Together. Making Conversations Happen.
Our mission is simple: to improve mental wellbeing, reduce social isolation and strengthen communities by bringing people together through events, activities and shared experiences.
We believe that human connection is one of the most important things we can nurture.
Friendships, conversations, shared interests and a sense of belonging can all make a meaningful difference to how we feel.
Yet too many people experience loneliness, isolation or difficulties with their mental health without feeling comfortable reaching out.
At One In. All In., we want to help change that.
Not by expecting everyone to talk about their mental health, but by creating more opportunities for people to come together, build connections and feel part of something.

Different Interests. One Community.
Not everyone connects in the same way. And that's exactly why our approach is different.
Some people love rugby. Others love football, music, comedy, gaming, quizzes or simply enjoying a day out with friends.
We don't believe there's one activity that will appeal to everyone.
Instead, we want to create a diverse programme of events and experiences that reaches people across different interests, backgrounds and communities.
Our ambition is to bring together people who might never otherwise cross paths.
Whether it's a sports festival, a comedy night, a quiz, a gaming event or something entirely new, the purpose remains the same:
Bring people together. Create connections. Encourage conversations.

More Than Just an Event
For us, a successful event isn't measured solely by the number of people attending or the money raised.
It's measured by the connections made, the friendships strengthened and the conversations that might not otherwise have happened.
That's why mental wellbeing will remain at the heart of everything we organise.
During our events, we'll take a moment to remind people why One In. All In. exists.
We'll encourage everyone to check in on their friends, look out for one another and recognise that it's okay to ask for support.
We want to help make conversations about mental health feel more natural, particularly among men, where stigma and expectations can still make opening up difficult.
Sometimes, the most important part of an event isn't what happens on the stage or the pitch. It's the conversation that happens alongside it.

Creating a Lasting Impact
We want the impact of One In. All In. to extend far beyond the events themselves.
As we grow, our ambition is to use the funds raised and the partnerships we develop to support initiatives that strengthen mental wellbeing and community connections.
This includes working towards:
-
Creating more accessible opportunities for people to socialise and connect.
-
Encouraging open, honest conversations about mental health.
-
Supporting mental health awareness, education and training.
-
Building partnerships with organisations that share our values.
-
Developing new activities that reach people who may feel isolated or disconnected.
-
Reinvesting in community initiatives that make a meaningful difference.
Our events bring people together.
Our ambition is to make sure those connections continue long after everyone goes home.
A Movement for Everyone
One In. All In. began in North Devon, but our ambition goes much further.
We want to build something that can grow into new towns, communities and regions, bringing people together through activities that reflect their interests.
We want to create a movement that people feel proud to be part of.
One where everybody has something to contribute.
One where looking out for each other becomes second nature.
And one where nobody feels they have to face life's challenges alone.
Be Part of Something Bigger
You don't have to be struggling with your mental health to get involved.
You don't need to belong to a sports club, know somebody involved or have any previous experience.
You just need to believe that bringing people together matters.
Whether you attend an event, volunteer your time, become a sponsor, support our fundraising or simply reach out to someone who needs a conversation, you can be part of what we're building.
Because when one person needs support, we're all in.
