one in. all in.
no one packs down alone

One In. All In. was created from a simple belief:

When one member of our community needs support, we're all in.

Born within grassroots rugby, One In. All In. is a movement dedicated to bringing people together, encouraging conversations and strengthening the support networks that exist within our clubs, teams and communities.

Rugby has always been about more than what happens on the pitch. It is about friendships, belonging, resilience and looking after one another through life's highs and lows. The values that make great teammates are the same values that help us support one another away from the game.

Following the loss of members of our wider rugby family, One In. All In. was established to create something positive, lasting and meaningful. Not simply to raise awareness, but to create a culture where people feel able to talk, ask for help and know that they are never facing challenges alone.

Through events such as the One In. All In. Cup, community initiatives, awareness campaigns and future fundraising projects, we aim to invest in facilities, training, wellbeing resources and support programmes that benefit the wider rugby community.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to creating a lasting legacy — one that encourages clubs, players, coaches, volunteers and supporters to look out for one another both on and off the field.

Whether you're a player, a coach, a parent, a volunteer or a supporter, you are part of the team.

Because when one person needs support, we're all in.
